On behalf of the Asia Pacific Society for the Study of the Liver (APASL), we are delighted to invite you to be part of the 36th Annual Meeting of APASL 2027, to be held in Sydney from Thursday 1 April to Sunday 4 April 2027.
APASL is one of the world’s leading organisations dedicated to liver health, representing the largest hepatology community in the Asia–Pacific region. The 2027 meeting is expected to welcome more than 2,500 delegates, with a strong international presence, particularly from across Asia–Pacific. Our scientific program is being shaped around the overarching theme Transforming Liver Medicine: Innovation in Practice, with a focus on MAFLD, HBV, HCV, HCC, Basic and Translational Research, Endo Hepatology, Cholestatic Liver Disease, Portal Hypertension, DILI, and Transplant.
APASL is committed to advancing the research, prevention, and treatment of liver diseases, and serves as the largest scientific community in the region dedicated to improving outcomes for millions of patients living with liver disease. APASL27 marks the first time this prestigious global meeting will be hosted in Sydney — an historic milestone for GESA and for Australia’s hepatology community.
