Dr. Raoh-Fang (Jasmine) Pwu is CEO of the Data Science Center at Fu Jen Catholic University and an adjunct Assistant Professor at Taipei Medical University. Trained as an epidemiologist at National Taiwan University, she specializes in health technology assessment (HTA), health economics, and the analysis of large real-world and claims databases.

From 2016 to 2023, Dr. Pwu directed Taiwan's National Hepatitis C Program Office under the Ministry of Health and Welfare, leading the national strategy that drove Taiwan's hepatitis C elimination efforts. Under her leadership, the program achieved major advances in screening, treatment access, and patient outcomes, and has been recognized as a model for liver disease elimination initiatives across the region.

Earlier in her career, she led the Health Technology Assessment Division at Taiwan's Center for Drug Evaluation, helping establish the national HTA framework for pharmaceutical reimbursement decisions. She has served on the Board of the International Network of Agencies for Health Technology Assessment (INAHTA), as President of HTAsiaLink, and on the Board of Directors of the International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research (ISPOR).

Dr. Pwu is also a strong advocate for patient-centered healthcare and serves as Dean of the Patient Leaders Academy, promoting patient participation in health policy and reimbursement decisions.
