Seung Up Kim, M.D., Ph.D. is a Professor of Yonsei University College of Medicine. He has more than 300 SCI(E) original, peer reviewed publications as primary or corresponding author. He acted as an Editor-in-Chief of Clinical and Molecular Hepatology from 2019 to 2013. He also acts as an Associate Editor of Clinical and Molecular Hepatology and Journal of Gastroenterology and Hepatology. He is an invited referee for more than 20 SCI(E) journals including Lancet Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Journal of Hepatology, and Gut. His major research interests include MASLD, sarcopenia, viral hepatitis, liver fibrosis, liver cirrhosis, and liver cancer.
